Q: Do you come to me, or do I bring my car to you?
A: We’re a mobile detailing service, so we come to you for your convenience.

Q: Can I Pay In Advance?

A: If it's more convenient for you to pay before your appointment, we openly accept the use of online payment option such as Zelle, Apple Pay, and cash. Please message us if this something you're interested doing.

Q: How long does a detailing service take?
A: It depends on the condition of the vehicle. But the minimum for any service is 1 hour and 15 minutes. A full detail typically takes around 3 hours and 15 minutes.

Q: Do I need to be present during the service?
A: Not at all. As long as we have access to your vehicle, you're free to go about your day. We'll notify you when the job is complete and we can conduct a walkthrough with you.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, and cash. Payment is due upon completion of service following a walkthrough, to allow for client critique and requested revisions

Q: What if my car is really dirty or has pet hair?
A: Heavily soiled vehicles and excessive pet hair may incur additional fees, depending on severity. We’ll always discuss any fees with you before starting the job. Please let us know after booking via text message or email if your car is within this condition.

Q: Do you offer recurring services or memberships?
A: Absolutely. If you're interested, let us know and we’ll provide you with our packages.

Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: We recommend booking at least 2–3 days in advance to secure your preferred time.
